Journey times from Geneva Airport vary by destination and road conditions. Chamonix is approximately 75 to 90 minutes. Morzine and Les Gets are around 80 to 100 minutes. Courchevel, Méribel, and Val Thorens are between 2.5 and 3.5 hours. Verbier is around 90 to 120 minutes. Zermatt and St. Moritz are 3 to 4 hours depending on traffic and the season. Let us know in advance so the driver can plan the route and timing. Additional stops at viewpoints or fuel stations can also be accommodated.

Transfers during standard hours are priced as confirmed at booking. Early departures before 06:00 and late arrivals after 22:00 may carry a supplement due to unsociable hours and the operational requirements involved. Yes. For large groups where the passenger count exceeds the capacity of a single vehicle, we can coordinate two vehicles departing at the same time. This is common for corporate groups, chalet parties, and large family trips. Please provide the full passenger count and total luggage volume when requesting a quote so we can propose the most suitable vehicle combination.

Drivers are familiar with the Swiss-French border crossing procedures at Geneva Airport and the relevant Haute-Savoie and Savoie routes.

Yes. Our vehicles are equipped and prepared for winter road conditions throughout the season. Drivers carry the required equipment for Alpine routes and are experienced on mountain roads in snow and ice. In cases of severe road closures ordered by local authorities, we contact you immediately to discuss alternative arrangements or timing. We do not cancel transfers due to ordinary winter weather.

We accommodate most oversized items including bicycles, golf bags, surfboards, and large hard-shell suitcases. The key is to tell us in advance. Different vehicles have different capacity limits. Providing details about the size, number, and type of equipment at the time of booking ensures we assign a vehicle with enough cargo space. Last-minute additions on the day of travel may not always be possible if the vehicle is already at capacity.
